We manage the implementation of investments and construction works carried out by contractors under the supervision of our engineering staff. In such cases, our activities focus on selecting contractors and suppliers of materials and equipment, contracting works, ensuring high quality and appropriate health and safety conditions, creating and controlling the budget and schedule of the investment. We manage, coordinate and supervise the execution of construction works, up to obtaining the administrative decisions and occupancy permits required by law, together with the settlement of the investment.
